NOTICE TO CUT TALL WEEDS OR GRASS
Property owners in the City of Rutland are required to mow weeds or grass that exceed six (6) inches tall, under Ordinance 12.0501 of the City of Rutland Code of Ordinances. If the tall weeds or grass on a property are determined to be in excess of six (6) inches tall, such weeds or grass must be cut within 48 hours or the City of Rutland will arrange for cutting; and the cost of such work will be assessed against the property. (Rate is $100.00 each time.) No further notice is required under Ordinance12.0501.
